Wiki pages

Before you start#

• The wiki is per workspace, created with it.
• Wiki access follows workspace membership, not board access — everyone in the workspace can read every page.
• Writing needs owner, admin or member.

Create and organise pages#

A top-level page from the + beside Pages; a child page from a parent's own +. Titles up to 300 characters. Pages nest as deeply as you like; drag to reorder among siblings or drop onto a row to nest inside it. Reordering is drag-only — no keyboard equivalent — but Move page is the keyboard-reachable fallback for changing a parent.

Write a page#

Rich text: headings, bold/italic/strikethrough, lists, checklists, quotes, code blocks, tables, links, images. Type / for the command menu, @ to mention someone (they get an in-app notification, never an email for this).

Images#

Paste, drop, or use the toolbar button. PNG/JPEG/GIF/WebP only, 10 MB per image, counted against workspace storage (1 GB free, unlimited Pro).

Drafts and autosave#

No save button — Laver saves 750 ms after you stop typing. A pill shows Saved / Unsaved / Saving / Error / Conflict. Every keystroke also writes to a local browser draft, so losing connection never loses your work; a newer local draft is offered back on reopen.

Version history#

Every autosave creates a version. History lists them all, newest first, each restorable — restoring writes the old content back as a new version.

Search the wiki#

Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+F searches titles and body text across the whole wiki. Cmd/Ctrl+K searches everything — boards, tickets, comments and pages.

Two people, one page#

Pages are edited live — you see the other person's name and a coloured caret, and both sets of keystrokes merge. No lock, no conflict to reconcile.

Who can see a page#

Default: Everyone in the workspace. Make this page private narrows it to named people with View or Edit access — private pages, and everything underneath them, are a paid plan feature.

Publish a page to the web#

A public, read-only, noindex link — paid plan, and an owner/admin must switch publishing on for the workspace first. Shows total views, last read, and a 30-day bar chart. Take it off the web breaks the link permanently.

Delete or archive a page#

Both take the page's children with it. Deleted pages go to workspace Trash, recoverable for 30 days.
